Biography and academic profile
Dr. Arup Sarkar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Engineering at KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from KIIT Deemed to be University. His research interests include blockchain technology, cybersecurity, network security, healthcare informatics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and distributed systems. His current research focuses on secure and scalable blockchain-based solutions for electronic health records, patient-centric healthcare systems, transparent medical billing, and pharmaceutical supply chain management. He has published research articles in reputed journals and conferences and is actively involved in teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic administration.
