Biography and academic profile

Dr. Indu is currently working as an Assistant Professor (II) in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at KIIT-DU, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has qualified the GATE and UGC-NET(JRF) examinations. She received the UGC-JRF (GoI) Scholarship for her Ph.D. She has completed Ph.D. from GJUS&T, Hisar, Haryana in 2026. She completed her M.Tech. in CSE with Distinction from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan in 2014 and her B.Tech. in CSE with Distinction from MDU, Rohtak, Haryana in 2012. Her areas of interest include wireless communication, ad-hoc networks, unmanned aerial vehicle communication, and emerging communication technologies.

Teaching Profile

Faculty with a strong interest in teaching and mentoring students in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering. My teaching focuses on developing strong conceptual foundations, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and practical programming skills among students.
I teach undergraduate courses in areas including Data Structures and Algorithms, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Computer Architecture, Digital Image Processing, High Performance Computing, and Programming.
