Dr. Biswajeet Sethi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor–II and Faculty-in- Charge of Website and Social Media Management in the School of Computer Engineering at KIIT Deemed to be University. He earned his PhD from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. His primary research interests lie in Cloud Computing and Data Analytics, with a sustained secondary interest in Machine Learning. He brings over three years of industry experience from Infosys Ltd., where he served as a Senior Systems Engineer (SSE), and is a GBFS-certified Star Infosyon. During his doctoral tenure, he served as an NPTEL teaching assistant for the Cloud Computing course at IIT Kharagpur across six consecutive sessions and mentored NPTEL interns. In recognition of his student engagement, he was awarded the title “Faculty with Best Student Relation” and received a letter of appreciation for being among the top five faculty members with the best student feedback during his previous academic tenure. He is currently mentoring multiple interns in collaboration with professors from IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bhubaneswar, and NIT Rourkela.
