Biography and academic profile
Atanu Mandal is an Assistant Professor (I) at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, and a Ph.D. Scholar in Computer Science and Engineering at Jadavpur University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Technology. His research interests include speech processing, deep learning, automatic speech recognition, machine translation, language identification, and low-resource NLP. His work focuses on developing inclusive speech and language technologies for Indian regional and indigenous languages. He has published in international conferences and journals and received research support from MeitY and RUSA.
