Professor
Dr. Alok Kumar Jagadev is a Professor at the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University. He completed his M.Tech in Computer Science from Utkal University in 2001 and earned his Ph.D. in Wireless Adhoc Networks from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University in 2011.
He has published over 65 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. In addition, he has contributed three book chapters in internationally published edited volumes and co-authored four textbooks in computer science. He has also edited three books for publishers like IGI Global and Springer.
Dr. Jagadev has played an active role in organizing various international conferences and workshops. He has supervised more than twelve master's students and guided nine Ph.D. scholars. He holds three Indian patents and two international patents. His areas of research include Soft Computing, Data Mining, and Bioinformatics.
