Biography and academic profile

Presently, Dr. Tanmoy Maitra is an Assistant Professor, School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar-751024, Odisha, India. In 2020, he did his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata-700032, India. He passed M.Tech. and B.E. from Haldia Institute of Technology (WBUT) in 2013 and University Institute of Technology (Burdwan University) in 2009 respectively. He qualified GATE 2011 and GATE 2012. He did his schooling from Bethuadahari J.C.M High School. He has published several book chapters, and journal and conference articles in the domain of wireless sensor networks (WSNs), body area network (BAN) and authentication system for several applications. He is also a reviewer of many reputed journals. He served as a TPC member of several conferences. He was the Organizing and Finance Chair of ICMC 2019. His research interest includes Wireless Sensor Networks, Body Area Network, and Information Security. He is the member of the IEEE.
