Dr. Meghana G Raj is a distinguished academician with a robust educational background and extensive teaching and research experience in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. She earned her Master’s degree from the prestigious National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, India and completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at KiiT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneshwar, specializing in cutting-edge research areas.
With over nine years of teaching experience, Dr. Meghana has guided and inspired undergraduate students in a wide array of subjects, including the Internet of Things (IoT), Database Management Systems, and Algorithm Design and Analysis and Operating Systems. Her teaching approach blends academic rigor with practical insights, equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of foundational and emerging technologies.
Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Meghana gained valuable industry experience during her tenure at IBM India, Bangalore, where she worked for two years. Her professional journey has given her a unique perspective, enabling her to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practices.
Dr. Meghana’s research interests lie in cloud-based security, algorithm design, and the Internet of Things, reflecting her passion for addressing real-world challenges through innovative solutions. She has actively contributed to the advancement of knowledge in these areas, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and impactful research.
A dedicated educator and researcher, Dr. Meghana G Raj continues to inspire her students and peers alike, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.
